Care for terrarium animals?

This is a big concern for me. What is going to make the smaller animals in the terrariums feel alive? Will we need to ensure they are fed and cleaned like the bigger animals? Can they get sick? Breed? Have a consequence for being improperly taken care of?
The terrarium animals seem to be a big hit so far, so im hoping if features like this aren't there at launch Frontier will do a TLC update to give our tiny creatures some attention at some point

I think it was confirmed in the E3 gameplay that exhibit animals will breed if their needs are met. Maybe there's a system where you can automatically dispense food every so often for a small cost. We didn't see every tab on the exhibit animal menu so we don't know what all there is to them.

I know two things.

1. You can control the Temperature and Humidity in the terrarium.

2.You still need to take care of them like regular animals. They're just smaller scale and more confined.
