Care Package Interface and Material Limitations

The Care Package interface is basically unusable after you reach a certain rank.

Issues:
You cannot determine what packages are opened and which ones are new.
When you collect on a package you are reset to the top of the list. This makes is very hard to top off your materials from the items uncollected in previously opened packages.
You cannot determine what is left over in any given previously opened package, thus requiring you to go down the rather large list of packages one at a time to top off materials.
To be clear, I am not complaining about having too many materials. However, I would like to offer some suggestions on how to fix these issues.

Suggestions:
Highlight new packages, so that players can target those to see what is in them if they wish. A new package remains highlighted until it is collected on.
Add a "Collect All" button at the top. This way players can click one button to top off all of their materials.
Do not reset back to the top of the list when collecting materials
Add Shift + Home and Shift + End functionality to quickly get to the top and bottom of the list.
Make the interface a two paned interface instead of opening a sub form. This way players can just click down the list on the left and see the contents of the package on the right.
Increase the limit on the number of materials a player can store. Currently care packages are essentially a way for players to collect and maintain materials above and beyond the current limit anyway. So, increasing the limit would decrease the number of packages a player has in the interface.
Weight the package contents in favor of materials that the player is not maxed out on or has the least amount of.
Include all collectable materials in the list of items that can be obtained. Such as Goods and Thargoid materials.

Another option to reduce the clutter: spare materials don't stay in their original care package, they go into a single "leftovers" package which is always sorted to the bottom of the list. So you open the new ones, get the stuff you're not already maxed out on, and then all the rest goes into the "leftovers" package rather than staying in its original one.

As with any other package, you can open the "leftovers" package at any time to pull out whatever in it you've now made room for, but it means you've always only ever got:
- at most one "leftovers" package
- any care packages you haven't opened at all yet.

This was my first thought as well. But then I realized it would essentially be a secondary bulk storage for materials above and beyond the current limit. That made me think of a collect all button and increasing out primary storage limit. From there it was just a rabbit hole of different UGI updates that would make the whole experience better.

Great minds…. ;)
