Cargo destroyed 50% of the time

Cargo scooping with the annaconda would destroy the cargo 50% of the time even if spot on and going very slowly (26m/s) usually happens at USS's

I usually scoop at 20 m/s

5-10 m/s would be slowly. 26m/s is not slowly.

Still was able to scoop at 30m/s untill recently
