Newcomer / Intro Cargo insurance?

On my right hand side display I can find costs for rebuy of ship etc. There is also a parameter saying "Cargo insurance". Question is where do I get/buy an insurance for the cargo I carry?

Its not b en implemented yet as far as i am aware
