Noticed that there's a status indicator for "Cargo Insurance" currently at 0% Can this be bought? Or is it (as I suspect) not yet implemented? I ask because I just lost my first ship in combat (Got too cocky) and I had a full cargo hold which I had to re-buy on top of my ship re-buy costs.

Newcomer / Intro Cargo Insurance?

Not yet implemented. Players can become quickly unstuck by spending all their spare cash on a hold full of slaves or gold, so cargo insurance would save a lot of grief.
