Horizons Cargo limpets are too overpowered.

So, I found a place where I found 12 occupied pods. and I spent about an hour and a half going from them to my ship. getting lost along the way.

anyway after. I get in my ship to head off to the station and I see someone on the map (an NPC) so I boost as fast as and as hard as I can. to get away. like two seconds from jumping way
my cargo hatch gets        in 2 seconds by a limpet and everything except one cargo is gone. I try and find the         who did it, really       . and guess what. nowhere to be seen. cargo limpets are too overpowered. broke into me in like two seconds.

Wow... Something new? In all the times I've been on the surface and collecting I've never seen that nor in space for that matter. And I spend a lot of time on the surface. I have been attacked before, but never been a stolen from. What kind of ship we're you in?

Hatch breakers take between 7 and 15 seconds (depending on rating) to hack a 100% hull ship. The lower hull the target has, the faster the hacking actually take.
They don't work if you have shields.

Power off your cargo hatch when you fly, I believe that stops the breakers in their tracks? (this may have been changed don't know). Anothter tactic is to equip point defence .. https://www.reddit.com/r/EliteDangerous/comments/2qsldj/piracy_with_limpets/

I de-power the hatch. I think this behavior might be by design?? I haven't been stolen from (yet), but it is inconclusive what effect the hatch power makes as I don't often disable it (depends if I'm feeling paranoid or not).
