Cargo purchasing

Just a suggestion regarding the mechanic used to purchase commodities.

My 1st action after updating the new patch was to load up on fruits and veg to feed a market desiring it with my cutter.

Instead of being able to type the unit number of the amount I want I still have to press the + button. Before this patch, when you held it down it would speed load quickly.
This worked well if and only if you wanted to fill the rest of the space with that commodity because if you sped past the desired amount now you are playing an unintended mini game. An unnecessary annoyity.

Now however there is no speed loading and holding the key down only loads a few at a time and my pricy gaming mouse needs no unnecessary mega multiple clicking wear to order cargo. How long did you think it took me to load 720 units of the above commod?
I cant say for I just X'd out and logged out.

Suggestion- Kindly consider the option to simply type in the amount one wants just as if you are stating to the shipper, I want X units of Y

Cheers

I agree. It's the low hanging fruit of the QoL stuff. Basic usability.

I've seen another suggestion, or maybe a comment reply in the patch notes about +/- 5,10,100 buttons too.

There is another suggestion as well somewhere else, but even if once you got to 10tons it incremented in 10s after that, it would help.
This is more like change for changes sake.

You already have bindings set up which allow you to increase / decrease the selections as fast as ever whilst waiting for the mouse bug to get squished:

I'm not posting this any more....

Ah, many thanks. Sorry, didn't realise that. Looked through the mouse stuff yesterday to no avail. Even tried to program a voice attack command.
