Cargo scoop on srv not working

When on a planet i try to deploy cargo scoop but it imediatly retracts it again, if i hold key down it stays down but as soon as i release key it retracts. When in space in ship cargo scoop works perfectly, the ship i am using is the chieftain. Has anyone got any idea what could be wrong??

Check your key bindings, it'll be set to 'hold' instead of 'toggle'.

So are you explicitly say that it is the Cargo Scoop of the SRV that keeps retracting - whilst you are driving it around on the planet surface?

Options / Controls / Driving Miscellaneous / Cargo Scoop / Button Mode - Hold or Toggle

There is a separate, but similar setting for the ship.
