Cargo Scoop Won't Deploy With Hard Points Deployed

I don't remember every having to retract my hard points before my cargo scoop would deploy, but as of yesterday that is the case. Has it always been like this?

I will admit it has been a long time since I tried to scoop material while in a Haz Res site. Yesterday was the first time in a long time that I would have tried to deploy my cargo scoop with my hard points deployed.

Check your power priorities. You may not have enough power for the scoop with hardpoints out.

Thanks for the reminder. That is exactly what it is. In my Vulture I have the cargo scoop set to 4 so when my hard points are deployed the cargo scoop is disabled.
