Currently, Power conflict has erupted in the Tiliala system, and it is looking good for Winters.
However, Elite Winters Core and NLOT would not recommend to participate in this fight.
First of all, entering Tiliala requires a system permit, which can only be obtained by becoming an ally to two factions that both know as much about justice as Arissa Lavigny-Duval, so nothing at all. Getting them to like you will take a few hours. This is time taken from earning merits for Winters elsewhere. So unless you already have that permit, do not bother.
Second, other systems with more democratically-minded leaderships need our help as well, especially Carini, which has no permit lock and where the Pathetic Princess is already strechting her greedy hands to subjugate the good people of the brave Ice Storm Squadron. There are two Power Conflict zones near the main star this week, one of them is with the evil empress, the other with the pathetic princess. Both have non-CMDR Winters forces there already, so let us help them!
