From what we know, it appears carnivores will still have feeders, both meat piles and live prey. My idea is that, to mirror the herbivores' differing preferences, the carnivores get a wider variety of options than just meat, goats, and fish. In the films we've seen them be fed cattle and pigs as well, and there are also wild game options like deer. Different carnivores would prefer different prey depending on things like size and nutritional value, with say smaller theropods preferring prey like goats and pigs while larger theropods prefer cattle and deer, though unlike the herbivores that are harmed by various plants the theropods would simply not get as much nutrition from something they don't prefer, meaning you'd have to give them more to satisfy them. Also, while the small theropods prefer small prey they can pack hunt to bring down the larger cattle and deer prey items, and medium theropods wouldn't be too picky depending on the species and would eat small pigs and large cattle with equal relish.
Also, since many people like to feed their theropods cheap dinosaur prey like the Struthiomimus, maybe have a special small hatchery building that attaches to the fence and lets you raise certain dinosaurs specifically as theropod food. On a timer like the other feeders and holds a maximum of five dinosaurs that you need to replenish when they run out.
