I know that an update was supposed to fix this but the carnivores are still hunting unnecessarily. I'm creating an open park and I just want to have the carnivores hunt when hungry but all that happens is that they're slaughtering all the herbivores. Hahaha

I don't want to turn off dinosaur combats.

That's odd, I had a Spinosaurus in the same enclosure as a whole herd of Tsintaosaurus for a while. The Spinosaurus occasionally would kill some Tsintaosaurus, but generally it didn't go on a killing spree.

My dogs used to go about chasing, catching & killing wild rabbits on a walk, completely unnecessarily, even after a full meal (& they were not trained to do it).

Sometimes it's just what animals do, even computerised ones.
