Its very easy!

1. Go to Documents/FrontierDevelopments/PlanetCoaster/UserMusic.
2. Put your music file in you would like to use.
3. Already done!

The gameplay demo seemed to show, in the coaster panel, select audio. Just a button right there. This makes me think there is no need to mess about with sequencers and speakers if you just want a single sound track. Although I am sure sequencers and speakers will be a thing.
