Carrier access problem

Hello all. I have played for some years now but in the last 4-6 weeks or so I seem to have a random access problem to my carrier.
At random times on exiting supercruise, Carrier is normally quite large and within 10km, carrier immediately flys away to about 140km. I am able to approach again at full power/boost until 90-95 km at which point carrier flys away to circa 145km. Repeated engage / disengage supercruise and logout/login results in same outcome. Seems maybe some sort of Timer is in effect? as after around 15 minuites or so All is good,

sounds like a bugged orbital instance i would try rejumping the carrier to a diffrent moon etc

ive had that annoying to stop it i moved myfc to the next nearest system.solved the problem but a pain having to do it, you are the first one who i now know has had the same ,

its happend to me before also but its quite rare

The carrier is within the (S)phere (o)f (I)nfluence of another object, and when you drop out of supercruise, your ship is parented to the other object's SOI. You need to wait for separation (800km seems to do), or jump the carrier to the same body and hope for another slot.
