Carrier bartenders

1. How do I get my carrier bartender to trade materials like with normal bartenders? As in swap tungsten carbide for electrical wiring or whatever

2. Also if I want to sell stuff via the bartender do I really have to individually select each item and choose 'trade this item' or is there a way of selecting them all?

I think you don't. Carrier bartenders are special.

You do that through the carrier admin interface on a per item base.

Your FC bartender can do what the regular ones can't: put your finds for sale. And you control the prices, that can be set at up to 5000% (you might not be aware of how much people are ready to pay for Genetic Repair Meds).
Likewise, you can go buy at other players FC's what you won't find at the regular ones.
