Please provide the resources necessary to allow carrier jumps. The whole point of having them is to have a mobile platform.

I have 5 FCs and all 5 are jumping, keep trying...it takes 6-8 times to get a green, but still have to wait 75 minutes.
Aha! so you're the problem. 5 carriers OMG. This is me being jealous.....
