Anyone see this before? I went to transfer some new funds into my carrier balance and it says I have none. Edit: I did some playing around and it's the weekly upkeep allocation percentage slider that's borked. I keep mine usually at 100%. If I move it towards zero, my carrier balance increases. Go figure.
