subject says it all really.. fleet carrier management screen shows services costing 7M and total 12M which is what I usually pay but last tick took 20M with 12M for optional services. Nothing changed on carrier, it's 500 ly from my current location!

If not I'd suggest exobiology as a way of making alot of credits as you are out in the black. Course you need a vista genomics service on your carrier to "cash in" your scans.

I do not believe everyone who owns a FC was charged the weekly upkeep for at least one week recently. So a week later Fdev caught up with those FC's and did the missed weekly charge and the normal weekly FC upkeep charge.
