Can we have some sorta mechanic that stops people hogging all the parking spots and just leaving carriers there
If it was only 6 of all the carriers in system then it's not really an issue if it was 50 carriers it might be relevant. Not everyone can play huge numbers of hours constantly to load a carrier and the people who need a real world week to load their carrier deserve the trailblazers just as much as the guy hauling a t3 per week. They might even need it more since moving between sources is a bigger portion of their weekly game time. A handful of trailblazers for thousands of players and hundreds of carrier slots in system was always going to be a choke point even if people moved constantly.I started a list of carriers in system for my own curiosity , same as you , at least 6 carriers stayed parked there for a week, I stopped keeping track at a week
Not yet they might be useful if Colonia gets opened up for colonisation before we chain out there.maybe its time to retire the trailblazer carriers as there is enough player built stations out there making stuff, plus let players manufacture emergency power cells (aka batteries)
It's almost like they weren't designed for single player use, and their poor functionality shows.Using a FC is not faster in most cases.
It isn't the time, as docking with Trailblazers and Carriers is a lot faster than docking with stations. No mailslot on arrival, no queue on departure. Having all small quantity goods in one place (except combat stabilizers and battle weapons) is also very convenient.maybe its time to retire the trailblazer carriers as there is enough player built stations out there making stuff, plus let players manufacture emergency power cells (aka batteries)
Excatly , it’s a one stop shop , the steel , aluminium and titanium can get anywhere as you say but the rest , that’s a different storyIt isn't the time, as docking with Trailblazers and Carriers is a lot faster than docking with stations.
