Carrier Upkeep Not Deducted?

I thought there would have been a thread about this already... the fact that there isn't has me wondering if it's just me. My weekly carrier upkeep hasn't been deducted today and the weekly upkeep costs is showing last week and this week combined. Anyone else?

Haven't checked yet if it's the case this week, but I've had this happen in the past. Expect a higher deduction next week.
