Newcomer / Intro Carrying arms

So if a Conflict Zone has just completed, the NPC dudes stroll around with their weapons in this relaxed, at-readiness-but-not-raised position.

How do I do the same? It only seems to do raised, or aiming down sights, for me. I want to so some casual strolling without the rifle on my back, too.

The bigger issue, is why are some of those npc outfits not available from to buy with ARX.

Just checked and no, the weapon is held the same when walking. It is carried in a sort of "port arms" position when sprinting though:

Just wear one of those stupid pumpkin heads and no one will notice your weapon
