Could we see Teraforming Factions pay more for the data when handed into them ?
Maybe also have them hand out missions based on this type of thing.
Example - We received data from a system but need a more thorough scan. Could you head out there and complete our catalogue ?
Surface scanner required. Scan all major bodies in system. Bonus for any moons and or earthlikes scanned.
Obviously add that bonus bit on top of what I mentioned first.
Even if a commander has previously scanned the system maybe have it so accepting the mission resets surface scans ? I dunno. Just an idea to make minor factions more relevant.
