Hardware & Technical "Casting" websites from one Android device to another?

Just something I was wondering about as I tried to show the missus something I was looking at on my phone....

Is there a simple way to "cast" a browser tab or URL from one Android device to another?

Seems like it'd be pretty handy if, having found a useful website, you could just move your phone close to another phone and then swipe up, or whatever, to send that URL to the other phone's browser.
I did a bit of googling but the results were filled with a combination of how to "cast" your phone's display onto a smart TV and, erm, casting websites - as in for actors looking for jobs.

Sorry not helpful, but to commiserate:
Searched for polyethelene terapthalate (PET) mask making today, and got a million cute kittens in bandanas. Not a total loss.
