add a mission giver to all stations that accepts cat media material

The result of this is that it disrupts the station ...in exactly the way UA bombing did. Only this is explained thru social disruption caused by everyone looking at cat videos and pictures flooding everyone's feeds.

An opposite player activity will also be created for players to take a mission for when cat media has been given to the acceptor that accelerates the fade of the cat media effect. This would involve donating credits to pay for scrubbing station computer systems. The amount needed to counter the cat media is dependent on the frequency of new cat media and magnitude of how many have been given.

Can we add this to the issue tracker as an unintentionally missing feature? Think of it in terms of the recent EDO Notoriety scandal of August 2021 3307.

The donation missions to counter the cat media would also decrease faction influence in the system (effectively undermine them) as this process upsets the control faction population and improves the status of all other factions

Likewise, the cat media improves the controlling faction while simultaneously crippling the station. Everyone likes them as they are the source of new cat videos and such....

If allowed to naturally fade in effect, there is no negative consequence to the controlling faction. But accelerating the aging of the effect has the above.

your reputation with the faction is also positively effected by cat media and negatively by the scrubbing money donations. You wont become hostile, but you can become as negative as just below neutral. The availability of the two missions though will not be impacted by player reputation.
