Same here, I haven't seen an official response, but I have seen it asked in other threads. It's the general consensus that there will be no passengers aboard the station during the voyage.

To be perfectly honest, Jaques station will be in witchspace for ages. I highly doubt it will reappear...

Well if they do take you out there, and you make the stupidly long trip back, get close to the bubble and die, guess where you'll end up back at. Yep, Beagle Point. Have fun with that!
