Caught a Streamer in a wing killing Sidewinders without reason in Kremainn

I think they gave good reason for bounty hunters/griefer killers to go to Kremainn :)

Hunting for new/starting players in Sidey's is such noobish.

Ah, I think I get it, is the video of you in a clipper dishing out retribution and the python and 2 vultures you send packing is the wing of nasties?

I was thinking "I can't see any sidewinders?!" :)

I frequently camp starter systems looking for these nice opportunities.

Apparently most of these guys are so bad at flying and aiming, they're basically limited to killing newbies / targets easier than NPCs.
"Doing it because they can" is laughable. Its rather "Doing this because they can't do the more complex thing".

They ought be squashed in game, be on the receiving end on their own brand of "fun"

Their reason is "blaze your own trail", along with a shockingly poor excuse for system security. FD's complete lack of how to make a multiplayer game that makes any sense at all shines through here.
HOW TO FIX:
Make pirating very expensive bounty wise in non-anarchy systems, and make the system security react really fast to bigger bounty pirates. You could even make it so Pirates cannot re-buy using insurance in any system they are wanted. This will change how pirates operate, they will largely operate solely out of Anarchy systems (as it should be).
Now the problem is, how do you get traders etc to go through anarchy systems? Simple, you make the trade runs that have to go through multiple anarchy systems(or plot an extra 10-20 jump route to avoid all anarchies) very profitable, and the ones that don't, not very profitable at all.
There you have it, Piracy and crying about piracy is fixed! how simple was that? but will FD do anything? No.
Why? Well I think the designers are very begrudging of the DDF, none of them are their ideas or designs, and because of that, they don't want to implement them, they only want to leave their own mark on the game, but all of their own designs so far have been atrocious and lead to nonsensical game systems.

OP, this how the game is designed to work.... if it was designed with "justice" in mind then this would happen far far less.

Welcome to a game that treats your experience just like a single player game.

The game design looks at everyone as an NPC (like single player), and in an NPC only world you would not see this type of behavior, thus the system to deal with it in any reasonable way does not need to exist, so it doesn't.
