Alright so the title might be a little misleading. I, like many players, was recently caught flying without insurance. Lemme tell ya, losing two Asps in half an hour hurts. But I had to ask myself. Was is really my progression that took a hit, or was it just my pride?
Answer: my pride. I'll be the first to admit that I absolutely hate losing at anything and everything from arguments to video games. But was it rage-quit worthy to go from nine million in assets to 50k? Nope.
I bought an eagle, slapped in the cheapest kit I could afford and went right back to my bounty hunting habits. I learned something pretty valuable in having "lost it all."
"If you can't afford to lose it, don't fly it." "If you don't know how to fly the 'lite version, don't buy the big shiny expensive one." "If you can't make a profit versus upkeep and expenditures, sell it and downgrade before you lose it permanently."
From one unknown commander to the masses out there, this Eagle is taking the time to do it right with what I know now and didn't know before. This bounty hunter will be seeing you in the unfriendly skies real soon.
