Why should anyone now join Archon? Pirates making cease fire agreements?
Convenience? An unenforceable agreement? PP is full of stupid RP treaties that the other side ignore and disclaim when convenient.
The only answer is to spit in their face and push on.

Shifting pax is easy, if boring. Avoiding it is not worth selling your soul for imo.
Grinding is what PP is about.
Binding MMO communication and pacts are not.
Until FD develop actual in game tools and fix the massive stupidity that is represented by many current PP mechanics, it is worse than pointless. Just leads to denial and accusations of poor faith down the road.
