You may have heard about a ragtag bunch of crazy lunatics going by the name of "The Fuel Rats Mischief". They boast about a few achievements such as saving a streamer with an oxygen countdown of 00:00, supercruising for two hours to save a CMDR doing the LHS 3447 - ERAVATE Trek, wasting more than 500 Limpets on one ship to the dubious excuse of "his fuel scoop was broken", saving more than five monthes worth of exploration data in only a single Limpet, designing a Paint Job so Awesome FD uses it for it's Rescue One Ships ; and if you ever ask them they could go on and on about all those "alleged" prowesses ! Testimonials abound from unsollicited sources, potential hive-mind agents praising what is looking like the biggest Pilot-led-Empire to this day. Forget Möbius.
But ! Did you know these discreet little rodents are not all about Glory, Stories and mind-blowing Feats ? They cast quite a few shadows *Cough*#BlackRats*Cough*, like addictions (Chocolate, adrenaline, speed ; to name a few), some muddy ties with the Bacon Cats, a Savior/God complex, weird glitches in the FSD matrix, some intel even going as far as saying they are in cahoot with Frontier Devs, bribing them thanks to a well-oiled propaganda machine and merchandise ! But the darkest of their secret so far is... The Secret Handshake !
A Secret so Secret no one has ever heard of it ! The only thing more secret than the secret handshake is theBlack Rats Section secret secret handshake.

I've caught wind of... Preparations in the Fuel Rat's IRC rooms. Words of "Celebration" and "April" and "Fuel" and "Mischief" and "Race" and "Gifts" and such. I know for a fact that something is afoot. They are planning something. Plotting. Preparing. Scheming. They skitter away under the light, hide in Asteroid Fields and the Aucoks Sea, cower behind Nebulas and Black Holes, circumnavigate the Galaxy and Herbigs Ae/Be's coronaes...
