"can't jump" what? Can't plot a route for your ship, can't jump with your ship, can't jump with a fleet carrier?
In the latter two cases, the distance of 514.78 ly exceeds both the maximum known jump range of a ship (jumpaconda neutron boosted, 320 ly) or of a fleet carrier (500 ly flat).
If you can't plot a route, the error message/screenshot would be helpful.

Go here and put in start and end location and it will plot a route for the carrier, total distance between those 2 systems is 5,782.19LY so ensure you have plenty of fuel if it is a carrier excursion.

As I told you on the 12th in Discord DMs, there are precalculated routes for various jump ranges available in the expedition Discord server, which I linked you to as well at that time.
You can't naturally route to YQ-U in any ship, it requires jumponium. Additionally you can't get to the waypoint after YQ-U at this point either without joining the Discord and coordinating with a fleet carrier owner to have them jump you across a 490ish Ly gap.
