Ceos still viable for Fed Rank?

Since the 3.3, curious if Ceos still viable to travel to for Fed Rank grind. Currently trying out Sol grind.

I wasn't last week. Was in outbreak before the update. Don't think much has changed since but could be wrong

Got 10 ranks while I was there, haulage mission back and to ceos-sothis. But they need to be in boom. And I think the outbreak is Sirius Corp, not the Federal faction.

Is this all after the BGS was reset? Most systems are screwed until Cmdr traffic sorts out the BGS.

Got my ranks before 3.3 dropped, so not sure what it's like there at the moment.

I checked it after the Update. Because they are not in Boom (I think they are also in war), there arent really any missions for some quick grinding. So if someone has some new locations feel free to share it. [cool]

Got my last two ranks at SOL, they was in boom and had plenty of haulage missions going all to the same system.
