Certain plants have way too huge of a collision radius

I placed down a ton of foliage to simulate a primary forest only to discover that the collision radius for certain plants are inconsistent. Plants like the giant rhubarb that do not have thorns should not have any collision radius at all and should be treated as something like an elephant ear plant. Certain plants like the cordyline or swiss cheese plant do not have collision whereas the harmless giant rhubarb and century plant do.
