Wear and tear is a problem for expensive ships, and no large pads is a problem for very big ships. The solution is don't use big/expensive ships to go to Hutton Orbital.

I could bring an Anaconda to Hutton, but I will probably use an Asp.

Game doesn't need to revolve around whatever ship I happen to prefer, I need to be able to adapt to whatever situation presents itself.

Hutton is an outpost
As far as far can be.
The CG uses frame shift plates
To make more mugs for me.

Hutton has a pair of rares: a mug and mega gin. One to degrease engine parts the other to serve it in.

Frontier should SO order up one hundred "rare" (but real-life) Hutton Mugs, sell them online but they should only be pick up from reception at their offices.
