General CG - Item tracking - how this would help the game

I had a problem with this CG and would like to send a request here, since it is a problem that I believe others must have.
I will talk about item tracking, something basic in MMORPGs and digital games, something not applied in Elite but that would help a lot in the ADMS LOG system and in the maintenance of the community.
I will mention my case, in this CG I mined in a place far from the delivery point and put it in my Fleet carrier and then removed it immediately, it counted as a fleet purchase and did not count towards CG, so despite being a simple item it is considered an exclusive CG module (and the support team "cannot put CG items in the CMDR inventory), so I lost the item because I did this.
A simple item tracking system would prevent this problem from occurring, where a FUID would serve as a symbol of who mined this track, it would serve when the user who owns a Fleet Carrier could do this.
This would help with other administrative factors regarding items as well as duplicates, etc.
I leave it open for you to comment on my problem and mention how ITEM TRACKING could help Elite Dangerous.

There is fairly strong item origin tracking available in the game nowadays - in the Thargoid War, people were able to obtain Thargoid cargo from multiple sources, sell it to a second player's carrier, have a third player buy it from that carrier, and still have it count towards the correct systems in the correct proportions in the war effort.

The "is mined" flag, being older, is a bit more fragile than that (though as already noted, is okay with the FC transfer menu, just not the market interface)

Equally, there are some cases (rares in Powerplay, for example, or the BGS effects of carrier-purchased commodities) where this tracking is specifically adjusted not to work for balance reasons.
