Cg rewards not delivered

I ranked 50% in the latest CG and the FSD's are not in Storage at the Macdonald Station in Alcor, from what i can tell they have been delivered to all other commanders
Has anyone else had this issue?

Did you enter the CG screen at station and hit complete.
It doesn't just appear
