CG Suggestion: Variety for ALL

As we all know, there can only be two Community Goals at one time. more often this is a trade coupled with bounty hunting, two opposing factions, or 2 trade demand targets.

I suggest we expand this, to create variety for numerous playstyles at once. to do this the following need to be added in conjunction with the current system;

-A Colonia CG-

Along with the current CG missions, a routine Colonia mission is now added on a weekly rotation. to add 2 would be a bit too much as there simply wouldn't be enough people to complete it. but still one is enough to keep the people over there occupied. Standard CG's may still present themselves in Colonia if narrative allows it.

-Powerplay CG-

Powerplay CG added, these are driven with a strict powerplay focus, Operates much the same as regular CG, except the reward is Merits instead of credits. There will be one at a given time, but they are generic so ALL powers can participate. with the most successful obtaining the benefits if any (such as claiming a certain system that is the goal for the week)

-AX CG-

A Rotating 'CG' is added whereby each week the system resets. the CG is less of a community goal and more a competition. where all bonds handed in (no matter where you are) will contribute to the leaderboard. the reward system however is exactly the same, with higher ranked players earning more and such.

-CQC CG-

An odd suggestion I admit, as it has no reference or use in-game. however I feel this aspect of Elite has little reward or incentive to actually participate in. a CG would give loyal players more reward for participating, again this is less a CG and more of a Competition. just giving more rewards to other aspects of the game.

With these added, there should be little reason to not have anything to do in Elite, or at least cater to a more wider variety of tastes in Elite. and see that these players are rewarded for their play styles.

to accommodate for the expected loss of players focusing on CG's (as they will likely be doing other things) we can decrease the tier requirements for regular CG's (by 10% or so) and maybe increase the rewards by the same figure. ;)

Thoughts?

At the moment we get about 6 Colonia CGs a year (or ~6% of all CGs).

I'd like there to be slightly more than that - one a month, perhaps? - but I think the region benefits from not having them every week:
- participation as a proportion of resident commanders is extremely high for Colonia CGs (we currently get about 10% of the participants of a bubble CG, and we certainly have nowhere near 10% of the active players!)
- Colonia CGs always make some sort of difference to the region (the last one gave us a substantial new Agricultural system, for example)

This works out pretty well, I think: they're special events likely to improve the region, so people make an effort to do them well and push them to Tier 8.

If they were weekly and most of them were "do this thing, no global reward, just money" people would get tired of them pretty quickly - and it would make it harder to tell when the ones which actually mattered were, too.

There is for now - and likely for quite some time yet! - also a "routine" Colonia mission to upgrade the Colonia engineers. It's basically a series of parallel research CGs with a slightly less convenient interface, but plenty of opportunities for teamwork. This is in many respects rather more interesting than a CG and I'd rather see more of this sort of thing than more CGs.
