Have you actually bothered to go back to the station yet OP...
They were NOT automated from those who got them, You can't sit in deep space and just check the livery on the main menu..
Many had to go to the station, land, go to the mision board ,and select Complete CG mission button...
This does not apply To colonia CG the Colonia CG was a complete flop and will not get any lights for Phase 4 week 2..

Checked after reading this topic and the cockpit lights are available in the livery section 
FWIW, I didn't feel I needed the cockpit lights, if they would have offered a cockpit light dimmer I would have been all over the CG..

There is a chance that those warm cockpit lights will make the other cockpit lights less disturbing
and not to be completely off-topic
On my XB account i got them the very moment i completed the CG at the Macdonald Settlement in Alcor.
As in, i completed the CG, then imediately after i checked the livery and there they were (btw, i'm really happy they gifted us the plain warm white ones, i would have hate it the blueish thargoid ones)
I have not checked my other 2 account (still)

Hi All
Just fitted the new cockpit lights, suddenly there were sparks and smoke billowing out inside the cockpit of my Cutter.
Tracked it down to a blown fuse in the 7A Power distributor, weird... anyhow all seems to be working okay now, so just be careful where you plug 'em in

Yes, in the Bobblehead & Co section all the way downwards.
Btw checked on my alt commander before/after completing last weeks CG and they showed up immediately again
Yep - right at the bottom, after all the bobblehead slots.
FWIW, I checked immediately before handing the CG in and the lights were there, but in BLUE (meaning I didn't own them). Then immediately after handing in the CG, I checked the Livery section again and they were now ORANGE, and I immediately fitted them to my current ship
