Hardware & Technical CH Dual Joysticks, EDtracker, and Voice Attack.

I'm curious if anyone is running CH dual joysticks, Pro Pedals with EDTracker and Voice Attack. If so, how are you mapping everything out? Basically I'm looking for the most efficient setup considering the hardware I've purchased.

I currently have a Combatstick (right hand) and have ordered a Flightstick (left hand) and Pro Pedals.

I've never run a dual joystick setup so any info regarding best practices would be great. I've been scouring the internet and can't seem to find anyone posting about using dual CH joysticks in ED. I'm a big CH fan myself and couldn't see going with another manufacturer.

I look forward to reading the replies here. Thanks!

I'm slowly assembling my CH HOTAS setup. I was considering a dual stick setup for a time. I had 2 ideas in my head of how it would be set up:

(1) Axes of the Combatstick control pitch and roll and the axes of the Flight stick control throttle and yaw. Vertical and lateral thrust to the top hat on the Flightstick. No pedals required. I thought that this would be ideal for FA OFF since letting go of the sticks would mean no signals are sent to any thrusters versus a throttle being left anywhere but centered at zero would mean your engines are constantly firing in FA OFF.

(2) Axes of the Combatstick control pitch and roll. Flightstick is mounted low and tilted forward to mimic the collective in a helicopter. Axes on the Flightstick control vertical (back is up and forward is down) and lateral thrust. Throttle up mapped to trigger and throttle down mapped to center thumb button. Yaw mapped to left and right thumb buttons or pedals.

One of the things I'm unsure about is if vertical and lateral thrusters are binary (all or nothing) or analog (variable amount of thrust depending on input). If those controls are binary, then mapping them to the axes of the Flightstick seems like a waste of such a granular input and configuration (1) would make more sense.

I've since decided to go with CH Fighterstick, Pro Throttle, and Pro Pedals since there's an analog stick on the throttle to control lateral & vertical thrust and way more buttons.

I have not seen posts about dual CH, but I have seen a few using dual 16000M joysticks - so if you have a search for those you might find info on how people have assigned various axis.

Still in the playing around mode with my setup at the moment. Really just looking to see how to best utilize everything the joysticks, pedals, Voice Attack and EdTracker.

When I watched some videos on youtube it basically sold me on the idea of Voice Attack. As such the additional buttons on the Pro Throttle seemed unnecessary and the Flightstick I suspect will facilitate functional efficiency better given that this is a space sim.

I've looked at some of the dual joystick setups with the Thrustmaster T-16000M and they are definitely illustrative. Nonetheless, I just want to see it anyone is using a CH dual joystick setup to find out what works best for them.

This is my HOSAS setup.
