Horizons Chaff revisited

Not sure which upgrade it happened in, but it looks like the CHAFF JAM time is now 20 seconds..

Noticed it when a Python dragged me out of Supercruise immediately after a hyperspace jump after 3.0.3 started disabling the digital controls before I disabled the Joystick Throttle so I was sitting at 0 (ZERO) speed.

He was keeping me between him and the star so I had to do some fighting.

Lessons learned:

The Chaff does work and I noticed that is was working longer than my previous experiences with it.
It has been a few upgrades since I was in a fight since I had been spending a lot of time planet/moon side collecting mats and my turrets acted funny. Upon checking they had been reset to TARGET ONLY from my usual setting of FIRE AT WILL.

Fought him to a standstill (we were both at about 50% Armor and if he had any of the Large weapons he never managed to hit me even once) and managed to get into supercruise.

New, again since I don't know when. He came after me 2 more times in that same anarchy system as I was doing the Detailed Scans. I just beat the interdiction attempts and kept scanning.

Based on the new info, I am going to change my VA macro from firing a chaff round every 11 seconds to firing every 21 seconds.
 
+-Something else new since I don't know when. There is no need to put the chaff launchers in a fire group. Just binding any unused key to them and pressing that key, or programming that key into a macro is all that is needed.
