Chaff, SCB, Infinite Money Loss Bugs?

Greetings all,

Here's a set of oddities I have found:

-When you have multiple Chaff launchers, using the keybind for Chaff launcher uses one Chaff from the launcher with the most ammo. So if you have 1/9 and 1/9, it will bring the first to 1/8 with the first press, and the second to 1/8 with the second. If you press again to bring one to 1/7, and then wait for it to reload, it will still prioritize the 1/8 Chaff launcher.

-When you have multiple Shield Cell Banks, using the keybind for Shield Cell Banks uses one SC from each bank. So if you have 1/4, 1/4, and you press it once, both go to 1/3.

It seems to me that this may be a bug.

In looking into this issue, someone mentioned "just power down the shield cell banks you don't want to use!". The problem is quickly shifting between power... Perhaps that would be alleviated if a shield cell bank automatically powered down when it ran out of ammo, even if not fully changed. However, that is neither here nor there. I ran into another issue.

If you have a SCB that is 1/4, and you use it a few times to bring it to 1/2. Then you use it, and it is 0/2 while reloading. If you power it down, it will remain at 0/2 (which makes sense, no power = no reload mechanism). However, when you go into a Space Port and select "Reload All", it will not reload the active chamber of the SCB. So it will go from 0/2 up to 0/4. In addition, the Reload All button will still be clickable to reload for 1,200CR (cost of the shield bank). You can click this infinite times, and get charged infinite times without receiving anything. If you go and manually purchase the 0/4 missing shield cell in the Munitions Menu, however, it will reload it for you.

So that seems like a bug as well.
