Challenge Mode Help

Hi guys

Playing challenge mode and I want to insert one of my blueprints. The one below which consists of a launch coaster, and two track rides all of which I have unlocked via research. But its locked and I have no idea why it would be locked now I've unlocked all the rides that it contains.

Found the reason. One unresearched street fox coffee sign. [weird]

do you know what the research icon was called?

this brings up an interesting point about the way research works

To unlock the street fox sign?

If so it was under shops and unlocked as part of the street fox brand.
