I love the wide arrange of locations currently offered in challenge mode. It is definitely a nice start, but I think down the line the developers should consider expanding the number of countries and environments they offer in challenge mode. I'll list some my suggestions bellow:
Svalbard
Svalbard is listed as a skin option for certain dinosaurs in the game. The island controlled by the Norwegian government, who has shown that they have a strong interest in conservation. It would be nice to see it added into game because most people know about Greenland, but not as many people know about Svalbard. Adding into the game would add a polar ecosystem into the game and provide unique environmental challenges to the games players.
Mongolia
Mongolia is a location when a lot of people think about dinosaurs because that is where Velociraptor and Protoceratops are from. Back in the Cretaceous period, Mongolia had vast hot deserts that made living their challenging. Today, it still has deserts, but it also has large areas that have steppe ecosystems. It would be good, classic location setting to have the game in.
Tiega de Fuego, Argentina
Tiega de Fuego is a very unique area in terms of its culture and environment. It is controlled by both Argentina and Chile. It is home to the world's most southernly city: Ushuaia. It is considered to have a polar climate. The side controlled by Argentina has access to electrical power, but I don't know if the other side has access to power. It provide a unique and challenging environment for the game.
Australia
Australia is well known having a desert climate with large number of unique species, including the top two most venomous snake species in the world. A large number of major conservation projects are found there. It would be nice to have it added into the game.
Oman
The Oman is a country located in the part of the middle east, next Yemen. It has a dry climate in most of the country; although the Dhofari region has a strong monsoon climate. There are some mountains in the northern part of the country. It would be nice to have it added into the game to have more desert climates and include countries located throughout the globe.
Equatorial Guinea
Equatorial Guinea is a country located in the middle of the east coast of Africa. It has a large population of Spanish speakers there. It has a unique culture. It has a tropical climate and a large number of mangrove forests along the coast. I am hoping the developers add it into the game, which would add location other than the original islands in the game that has a tropical climate.
Somalia
Somalia is located on the eastern coast of Africa. It has a wide range of different ecosystems ranging from forests to savannahs. It has a relatively dry climate. A wide array of species ranging from elephants to camels can be found there. It would be a good location to add into the game because of diverse environments it has there.
