I just want to start a park to experiment. I have chosen Challenges, and then Alpine, and then Easy as the difficulty. I do not see an entrance to the park, so I would like to add one, but I have no idea where to put it to get people into the park. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

There should be a path at one of the corners of the map (with Alpine it is the corner).

There you have to place/build your own entrance (connect it to the path) with the gate located in the shops and facilities section.

Thanks for the advice. I searched around on the Alpine layout, and I did not find a path in one of the corners, but somehow I found an entrance gate. I built a path from there to start my park.

One other question I have is that my Alpine layout (including where the entrance is) is very very dark in at least 50% of the map. This makes it very difficult to build anything because I can hardly see! I managed to put down a path and one ride, but it is almost impossible to get real precise not being able to see.

Is the time settled to stay at night time? Check down a little to the right you can control the lighting to stay at a chosen time of the day. If it's not that you are always night time, does your pc has enough power to display the game corectly?

Yes, this sounds like an graphics driver that's in need of updates? Not sure, but it sounds like issues seen before in the bug report section.

You could upload it to imgur.com -- you don't even need an account. Once it's uploaded it'll give you a link that you can use to share it.

What are your computer specs? That certainly looks like either outdated graphics drivers or a graphics card that doesnt meet the requirements of the game to me.
Reminds me of an issue players without a dedicated geaphics card running the game with Intel integrated graphics chips had a while back.

That is likely where your issue lies. I believe that integrated graphics cards are below the minimum specs. You might find some old threads from November of last year with info on if its possible to run it.
