I'd love to be able to change my Bobble-heads while in the ship rather than at a station. I mean I get that changing a massive, heavy weapon on my ship needs special equipment (much like getting serious work done on a car needs a garage), but why do I have to go to a 'garage' to change a tiny cosmetic item that I could easily reach forward and move myself? Its like going to a car dealer to change the air freshener 
Just a thought as I was out exploring as new year came around and had a Christmas tree on my ship's dash. I ended up returning to the bubble anyway, but had I remained out I would have been stuck with it and it would have felt odd to me if I was say in the middle of June and still had it on the ship
