Change FOV settings

I've recently got a new computer and decided to play the game again. I would like to change the FOV settings to my original settings on my old PC, but apparently the game didn't generate the Graphics folder at \AppData\Roaming\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous\Options\. There is a file that says it can be generated by entering the graphics options screen in game, but it doesn't seem to work. Could anyone help?
I installed the Steam version of the game, I don't know if that makes a difference.

You can set FOV beyond the range of the in-game slider in the file "settings.xml" found in the options \ graphics directory:

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous\Options\Graphics

It worked, thank you very much. Because of some reason, there is a file called AppConfig at (\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Elite Dangerous\Products\elite-dangerous 64) that says I should go to Roaming instead of Local.
