So tonight for the first time I'm getting annoyed... I got redirected with a mission only to turn up at the NEW destination.... Can't hand in the mission. Frustration at level 11.

A) If the mission gives commodities as a reward, do you have the cargo space necessary to carry it? B) Are you handing it in to the correct minor faction?

I have landed at the correct station... I have closed and reopened the game... I have left the system and came back in and landed again (with being interdicted by AI I don't even want to try and fight any more) and it still wont accept the mission... Frontier, What have you done to the only game I actually enjoy playing? I cant do any missions if the result may end up being a total loss due to this "maybe" happening again.
Additional:: I exited the game and went to the toilet, Re-loaded and... Its fixed. I am happy again. Yippee right back in the game.
(Side Note: This is my first moan/complaint since beta 1... Not bad going really. )
Additional, Additional:: Well I was wrong, The mission had to be force quieted due to the total lack of ability to do it. bye bye rep and money.

I think this is bugged for everybody? Or at least I'm seeing the same thing - midmission delivery change == mission can never be completed.
Maybe it's a feature! You're forced to abandon the mission which marks all the mission cargo as 'stolen', so you can sell it to a black market and work on your rep to meet the Dweller.

...Wait a minute. The rep gain is purely based on profit/t right? So if you accepted missions from factions you don't care about, with cargo of high value, you could stock up a cutter and get an enormous boost all at once...right?
