With the effort and time you have to put into to get many Codex Entries the Rewards especially for duplicate founds are a bit unworthy. You get 2500 credits for a duplicate codex found in a new system and nothing in the case you find it again in the same system, which happens often if you have 40+ Geo POI per planet.
also it seems that you dont get a credit reward for astronical bodies so 50000 as confirmed reward for geo / bio/ xeno poi seems low too. I never got a "Reported by" so I dont know if there is a big cash reward to get.
EDIT: As an example the "Spoils" of my current "Codex Confirmation Journey" of my first region, and the Exploration reward I got for mapping terraformable on the way:
You can argue that this Exploration reward is part the codex reward and you have to balance it arround new players, but would it be wrong to get new players into long planet exploration Journeys for big Codex Cash rewards instead of VO Mining at the same place or following a R2R spreadsheet for hours?
