Change lights in sequencer?

Is it possible to change light colours using the sequencer?

I'm having a hard time figuring out how to do it, if its even possible

If you use the stage lights. The colors can be adjusted by selecting them. Not in the sequencer.
Which means you have to go in and out of the editor.

Might have not been very clear.

I have the lights, they're set to how I want them coloured, however for my firework show, I wan't to change the colours throughout the show.

I think you need to make the lights the colors you want, then when its all working place them inside eachother

It would be great if we could trigger lights to change color! I would also like to see a way to increase/decrease the lights' brightness to create proper fade effects to make even better shows. And finally an option to fade between different colors. All these options in a single light object would be the best, as we wouldn't have to put down 100s of light to simulate these effects (and even then the results aren't good) and kill performance. OK, forget it. I've got 60 lights, im not placing a new light for every colour

Ok yeah i agree with that. When I first suggested a type of display sequencer long before the firework update it was more like an input/output system. But instead of things going on and off we should also be able to put in variables such as 255,255,255 so we can pick the color of lights. However i'm afraid Frontier doesn't think this is worth the efford because their target audience has no idea what color 255,255,255 would make. But of course a simple solution for this would be to put in a color pallette and when you select a color it would automaticly put in the rgb values. This will give people full control over their color and also teach people rgb colors. An educative game with real freedom and lots of control. Win win. [big grin]
