Engineers Change location of mod beam laser?

Can I change the location of my dweller mod beam laser? Maybe by selling in outfitting and debugging in a different slot? Is there another way if not?

If all you want to do is move it to a different weapon slot, you simply go to outfitting and select the weapon and then select "Swap"
