Change mine arming time back to its orignal value

Please change it back or lower it to something approaching useful. Currently its set so high its pointless making mines no fun to use.

Five seconds is silly. Two seconds was fine.

If too many ships are being hit by their own mines a better solution would be to increase the distance and velocity with which they a launched.

Seems a particularly Ill thought out change +1 to revert or change launch as Morbad suggests. Who makes these changes in weaponry with no feedback or consultation ?

I hate stealth mine launcher cobras so my objectively true opinion is leave it at 5 seconds
